This was the recommended oil for my audi a4 b6 130 diesel. At the time of buying, it was cheaper to buy the separate 5 x 1 litre bottles rather than the 5 litre or 4+1 litre. The manual states more than 4 litres for oil and filter change, but i found the initial 4 litres more than enough. One of the (if not 'the') best engine oils in the world at approximately 30% cheaper than anywhere else. I bought this as a top-up bottle, having already used the 4l product for the oil change.

I brought this oil for my mazda rx8 because getting the right oil is essential for this type of car. This is a high quality oil that has kept my engine running smoothly with the regular top-ups that this car requires. I've always gone for castrol oil, good product, not the cheapest but quality.
Good point to note is the bottles, both the 1 litre and the 4 litre are desinged to pour into that little hole without getting oil all over the engine. Opie website says this oil is right for my car though. I was looking for a quality fully synthetic engine oil, for a turbo petrol engine, and did not want to pay main dealer prices. With castrol being a big name in oils and this is recommended by car manufactures, i can not go wrong. What can i say replaced old oil castrol edge, and although early days it seems to be giving better mpg hit 40mpg on a moterway trip from a mini jcw so one happy couple. This container of oil was purchased together with a four ltr container, my car requiring five ltr, however as stated it was very easy to change oil. I keep one of these in my car boot just to top the oil up. Not the cheapest oil out there but excellent quality oil for engines running on a long life servicing schedule, will buy again. Bought this oil for my golf tdi wich has a pdf fitter fittedrecommend by vw plus it got 5l not the stranded 4l as the car needed 41/2l with a oil and filter change hope thishelps thank malc. The long life oil specification was just what i required for my skoda octavia, delivered in good time at a reasonable price.
This was the grade of oil recommended by bmw for my car and the delivered price was much cheaper and more convenient than buying it from a garage or from a local distributor. Good quality oil which was much cheaper than in halfords, hasn't caused my kia to breakdown and is a recommended brand. Curiously europarts (who supplied the oil), usually sell for reasonable prices but on this occasion the cheapest route to market was indirectnothing to say except the delivery was remarkably quick, the price very good and overall a very straightforward buying experience. In reality i probably will but there are times when i can get 12k miles from a car without putting a drop of oil in so who knows. There's not a lot you can say about this: it's the oil that volkswagon tell me i need for my fixed-service car and it's cheaper than in halfords so i'm happy.
The car does seem to go longer before it needs more oil when i use this as opposed to any other oil of the same grade.
Very Good Oil At a Very Good Price.. I bought this as a top-up bottle, having already used the 4l product for the oil change. It is a quality oil and at around �7. 50 is half the price it was last year, making it a bargain. In fact, the price seems to have dropped slightly again (£6. 90 at the time of writing) since i bought it, no doubt due to the continuing fall in world oil prices. Unless you want to wait until the price falls so much that amazon actually pay you to take it, i would grab some asap if it is what your car requires. .
