Had a sticking oil control valve on an old but low mileage toyota engine. I'd changed the oil some time ago, and looking on the dispstick it was still a lovely golden colour. Added the forte engine flush, warmed up the engine and drove it around for 20 minutes or so, then drained the oil - the horrible black gunge that came out was amazing.
New filter, fresh oil, and all now seems well. Wondering if i ought to repeat the process to see if it 'finds' any more.

I've read several scare stories about engine flushes but you have to bear in mind that people are more likely to do a flush on an older engine some of which will be on there way out anyway. .

Warm engine, out with spark plugs, measure into each bore a small amount of flush ,tip rest into engine via oil filler cap. Next day syphon out any flush left in bores, add it to engine, plugs back in , and follow instructions on tin.
